Nicholas Vita is founder and president of Vita Partners, a values-based career education and leadership consulting firm.  As an educator, consultant and coach, Nick works with purpose-driven organizations and individuals to effect lasting change and maximize their professional impact potential. 

Before spearheading the career education movement within Higher Education, Nick advised small companies and Fortune 500’s on hiring strategies, human capital allocation and executive coaching.  After coaching executives through job searches and hiring and managing his own team, Nick has married his professional experience and personal passion in higher education to deliver holistic and sustainable learning experiences to his clients. 

Nick holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Fordham University where he earned Atlantic 10 Conference Academic honors and was mentored by NC State basketball legend Dereck Whittenburg.  He is the author of Career Diem: Seize Your Interview, Seize Your Life, a recipient of various community awards and resides in New York City.
