Seminars / Workshops

Our most popular service amongst Universities, we work directly with groups of students to help them create and maximize the opportunities in their post-college transition.  These learning experiences fuse short-term needs with long-haul goals: participants learn the skills and strategy needed to find a job in a challenging market, while also developing habits to help them succeed in their long-term career. Seminars include The Comprehensive Career Search, Smooth Professional Transitions, Sustainable Success and Conscious Capitalism Leadership Training. 

Consulting

We partner with departments and groups to help them fulfill their team’s ultimate mission of developing students for their post-college transition.  We provide train-the-trainer workshops and instructional design services.  Collaborating with educational leaders, we create tailor made solutions and programs to stimulate and engage students while transferring valuable career and leadership lessons and skills.  Both active participation and immersion are needed for peak absorption – our solutions (workshops, learning aids, participant manuals and guides) are entertaining, fun and aesthetically pleasing, but also passionate, content rich and professional
