Divestment of three-asset portfolio to CLAR

Singapore, October 7, 2025 –  We are pleased to announce that following the execution of asset management strategies on three of our assets in Singapore, we will be divesting these assets to CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR). The three-asset portfolio comprises two industrial properties (Tuas Connection and 2 Pioneer Sector 1) and one high-tech asset (Qualcomm) which are 100% leased.
