Vita Partners appointed as Manager of 1 Richardson Place

Singapore, April 7, 2026 – We are pleased to announce that Vita Partners has been appointed as Manager to John James Foundation for its investment located at 1 Richardson Place, North Ryde, New South Wales.

Located in one of Australia’s leading R&D and life sciences precincts, the asset consists of two standalone facilities which offer close to 6,000 sqm net lettable area and is 100% leased to quality tenants with one of the tenants being a leading player in food R&D.

John James Foundation is a medical philanthropic foundation based in Canberra which funds their charitable causes and medical related facilities from the income they receive from their investments.
