Situated within one of Australia's premier life sciences and technology precincts, 60–66 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park is an A-grade asset offering more than 17,000 sqm of net lettable area (NLA). The property comprises two buildings leased primarily to life sciences occupiers, including one of the state's largest pathology laboratories, a specialist medical device distribution centre and high-quality office accommodation.
